The 2007 Volvo S40 doesn't see a lot of major changes since the major redesign of the car that took place a few years ago. The car is still a much more aesthetically pleasing version of the kind of reliable cars we've come to expect from Volvo.
Just like Volvo has been known to do throughout its existence, the S40 sees minor safety improvements as Volvo is always striving to provide the safest ride possible to its customers. Small technological options are added as well, such as a standard auxiliary port on the stereo for MP3 players.
These sorts of updates are essential to make sure that the car has all the perks that people are looking to have standard, or at least available as options when they are looking to purchase a new car.
Volvo has done a great job of that with the 2007 Volvo S40, but just updating it in all the right places without any major alterations to a design that was still working and competing quite well.
