2007 Volvo S40

The 2007 Volvo S40 doesn't see a lot of major changes since the major redesign of the car that took place a few years ago. The car is still a much more aesthetically pleasing version of the kind of reliable cars we've come to expect from Volvo.

Just like Volvo has been known to do throughout its existence, the S40 sees minor safety improvements as Volvo is always striving to provide the safest ride possible to its customers. Small technological options are added as well, such as a standard auxiliary port on the stereo for MP3 players.

These sorts of updates are essential to make sure that the car has all the perks that people are looking to have standard, or at least available as options when they are looking to purchase a new car.

Volvo has done a great job of that with the 2007 Volvo S40, but just updating it in all the right places without any major alterations to a design that was still working and competing quite well.

2005 Volvo S40

The 2005 Volvo S40 is an excellent example of the reinvention that Volvo has gone through over the last few years. The great thing about this new Volvo revolution that has been hitting North America is that the cars are retaining the things that make them great, while at the same time updating and refreshing their look, and their performance to be appealing to a wider audience.

Volvo has built their reputation on the safety of their cars, and the new S40 is no different. It is an incredibly safe and sturdy ride, with highly responsive steering and brakes that are designed to give you total control at all times. However, this car also looks great, and its stylish looks are very indicative of the new Volvo's that we've been seeing.

This lets an already great car reach a wider audience, as does the addition of a turbocharged engine to the options available on the car for those who need a little more power. This results in a 2005 Volvo S40 that is, and should be, a hot ticket item.
